Training for London marathon and tough mudder

I’ve been ill recently, nothing drastic but enough colds, flu, chest infections and losing my voice to have an impact on my running.

The impact being I’ve not been able to go out and run, being a teacher my voice is needed so have had a break from all exercise for the last 3 months.

This is my starting point again then… My aim to have a schedule and stick to it and improve time and distance. I felt comfortable today doing the 4 mile but I wasn’t happy with the time. 

I will get there.
